Sponsors $250 and above receive 2 complimentary tickets to the ’80s Murder Mystery Party. Those who “Sponsor a Titan” at $150 receive 1 complimentary ticket.

Boss Title Sponsor – $5,000

Underwrite the entire cost of the PTA’s annual fall fundraiser, “Fast Times at Kochevar’s,” — an ’80s themed Murder Mystery Party. Not only are you throwing a hella radical party — with your logo or family name plastered everywhere the night of and leading up to the event — you are ensuring the PTA provides affordable extracurricular programming, like Enrichment Program, Wednesday Workshops, ChoicePass, Celebrate the Beat, free onsite tutoring services, and more, to all 750 students at CBCS. That is SO BOSS! Our Boss Title Sponsor receives 8 event tickets and “Bodacious Seating” for a stellar view of the show. LIMIT 1

Outrageous Photo Booth Sponsor – $2,500

Like, you look major! Capture your totally awesome community in Polaroid by underwriting the event’s photo booth and providing resources to the school that enhance a student’s learning and development. This Outrageous Photo Booth sponsor receives 6 event tickets, “Bodacious Seating,” for a stellar view of the show, prominent logo placement, and free cuts in the Photo Booth line. LIMIT 1

Wicked Murder Mystery Sponsor – $1,500

Love a wicked performance? This sponsorship is for you. Underwrite the cost of the actors coming to Crested Butte for a live murder mystery show and support community outreach, communications, and key partnerships that advocate for the interests of K-12 children, students, teachers/staff and policies at the district, state, and federal levels. This Wicked sponsor receives 4 event tickets, “Bodacious Seating,” for a stellar view of the show, prominent logo placement, and a guaranteed role as suspects in the murder mystery. LIMIT 2 (1 available)

Rad DJ Sponsor – $1,500

After solving a murder, let’s dance to Prince, Madonna, Devo and don’t forget about the hair bands, like Guns N’ Roses. Rad DJ Sponsor will ensure we have someone RAD spinning tunes the rest of the night. You also are sponsoring one 6-week session in the Enrichment Program or Wednesday Workshops. These programs provide free or low-cost extracurricular and after-school options for families. Our Rad DJ sponsor gets to help build the playlist! Bitchin! And, prominent logo placement. LIMIT 2

Where’s the Beef? Food Sponsor – $1,000

Underwrite the nosh for the evening and provide monthly catered meals and other acts of appreciation (like birthday gift cards) to the 100 teachers and staff members of CBCS. Staff meals also foster team building, as an enjoyable way for staff to connect and support one another throughout the school year. Where’s the Beef? sponsor receives 4 event tickets and “Bodacious Seating” for a stellar view of the show and prominent logo placement. Go ahead — Bite me! LIMIT 2

Bad to the Bone Batch Cocktail Sponsor – $750

What’s your damage? Nada, if we have a Bad to the Bone batch cocktail sponsor. Underwrite a signature cocktail while making the PTA even more money when your friends buy one … and provide free sessions of professional wellness services (e.g. acupuncture, massage, chiropractic, etc) to teachers and staff. Bad to the Bone Cocktail Sponsor receives two complimentary tickets and the creative freedom to name and pick the signature cocktail. That’s bad! LIMIT 2

Gag Me With a Spoon Costume Contest Sponsor – $500

Is it a totally tubular costume or gag me with a spoon? Be on the judging committee for this ’80s costume contest and help us underwrite some mega prizes. This sponsorship also helps support general funding which allows PTA to respond to priorities, as informed by school leadership and set by our member-voted annual budget priorities. It also includes special requests from teachers/staff, or any unexpected needs, that may arise during the school year. Gag Me With A Spoon Costume Contest sponsor receives two complimentary tickets and the right to be on the judging committee. That’s choice!

This is your annual sponsorship, whether or not it’s directly tied to the event. All sponsors $250 and up will be recognized on the PTA Website, on social media, and in print, in the Crested Butte Newspaper and via a certificate/sign provided to display at your business or residence. Higher levels receive more prominent recognition, such as logo placement, at the event. Logo will be printed on a banner for sponsors $500 and up and name listing for $250-$500 sponsors.
